Automation Mobile QA Engineer (m/f/d)

YOUR TEAM

You’ll play a pivotal role within our agile team, spearheading the development of the Mobile SDK for Gini’s Photo Payment products, customized for our banking industry clients. Working closely with the entire platform team, you’ll serve as the sole specialist for quality assurance, assuming full responsibility for defining, designing, and implementing all QA standards.

SKILLS TO BE SUCCESSFUL

• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology, including 4+ years of experience as a QA Engineer, QA Tester, or relevant position in the IT department
• You have strong expertise in software development processes, agile frameworks and tools, familiar with Atlassian Jira, and Confluence
• You have Proven experience in Native Testing. Android as well as iOS is required.
• You have thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards, types of testing methods like white box and black box testing
• You have strong expertise in testing frameworks for Mobile Apps using Kotlin for Android (Espresso and/or UI Automator) and Swift for iOS (XCTest, XCUITest)
• You are familiar with testing RESTful APIs and may automate it using adequate frameworks.
• You have experience with CI/CD (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins) and an undertanding of automation systems and database concepts to the extent of writing queries (e.g., Graylog, Kibana)
• You are a self driven personality and taking responsibility is one of your core strengths
• You have strong communication skills (English, C1) to challenge and question current testing, and you describe yourself as a detail-oriented, results-driven, and reliable person
