Automation Project Engineer
We are looking for a Project Engineer with an automation background to support our customer’s development projects in Vaasa. With us, you get to work on a variety of industrial projects and develop your career in the direction you desire. Within this role, you will coordinate power plant development projects, especially from a system engineering and system design perspective. Supporting the site team during the different project phases and managing technical documentation, ensuring quality, reporting, and following project cost as well as the schedule are at the core of your responsibilities. You will collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders, for example with procurement and equipment suppliers. This project requires daily attendance at the site.
Location: Vaasa, Finland

To succeed, you have:

• MSc or BSc in technology
• Several years of experience in similar positions in the world of technical projects
• Experience working with technical design
• Understanding of engineering requirements in the power plants or process industry
• Preferably ATEX and fuel expertise
• Ability to instruct needs to design team and review their outcomes
• Fluent written and spoken Finnish and English skills, Swedish skills are a plus
