As a Automation Support Engineer, you will become a part of Aasteds Customer Service Team, which is a part of their Aftersales Area . The team´s main focus is supporting Aasted’s Customers and their equipments, delivering the best viable solutions and experiences. Here you will take on the responsibility for customer support and selling services to customers around the world, as well as participating daily in operating the 24/7 support line from their head quarter in Farum. You will work closely with colleagues across the organization, so it´s important that you possess the ability to work effectively both independently and as a part of a team.
WORK TASKS
- Executing remote IO tests at production sites
- Perform remote inspection, process optimization and troubleshooting on equipment at production sites.
- Develop weekly status report on the work performed and the related projects and share these with the Customer Service team.
- Participate in visits to potential new customers and share knowledge on software solutions and service deals
- General support to Aftersales customers, including documentation of work related to various installation projects and support to 24/7 customer support team.
