Be part of a team that is successfully implementing the most advanced and intelligent technologies for our customers. We are currently looking for an Automation Lead to join our offices in Atlanta. We also offer the option to work remotely within the US.
Responsibilities:
WITHIN THIS ROLE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS WILL INCLUDE:
- Manage teams of in-house developers, testers and engineers
- Analyze business problems, develop automation solutions and support project lifecycles
- Manage testing and documentation of application development phases
- Act as the primary support for assigned applications and systems
- Validate and optimize the design, code and usability of our automation artefacts
- Support the creation of process development documents (PDDs) as well as follow up
- Support the identification of individual candidate processes for automation
- Ensure and maintain regular close client contact
- Hold weekly project update meeting on the status of the technical implementation of the automation(s)
- Actively implement best practices
- Communicate and manage IT requirements with the clients IT service department
- Upsell and expand Roboyo’s automation footprint by leveraging new technologies within our range of expertise at existing clients
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS YOU’LL NEED TO DO WHAT YOU LOVE AT ROBOYO:
- University degree (B.S. or M.S) or equivalent in Computer Science, Business & Information Systems Engineering, or related technical field
- At least 5 years of Software Development experience, of which at least 2 have been within Automation tools (UiPath, BluePrism, Celonis, Automation Anywhere, etc.)
- Demonstrated development skills, preferably .NET, C#, VBA or Java
- Relevant experience with development in an object-oriented programming language
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure strong customer relationships
- Understanding of customers’ processes, with experience in process consulting being advantageous
- Ability to successfully lead a team of developers
- Willingness and ability to travel
