At A Glance:
Automotive Independent Dealer Sales Program Territory Manager. Responsibilities include prospecting leads and generating enrolled dealers, in all areas within assigned automotive dealership territory.
Important Information:

Description:

  • This position is a remote inside sales position, including personal sales production expectations, with monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
  • Daily Tasks include researching dealer information, making phone contact, to enroll automotive targeted leads into specific dealership programs across specified territories.
  • Act as a liaison between the products and services offered by SiriusXM and assigned list of automotive dealerships.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint programs.
  • Log daily dealership activity and key contacts for scheduling and tracking purposes. Analysis, follow-up, and data auditing skills to ensure proper dealership activity is accurate and complete throughout region.
  • Knowledge of Power BI or Oracle Based systems is a plus
  • Possible occasional travel to territory to visit dealers in person. This would consist of a few days travel, hotel stay, car rental, gas and meals covered.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent phone skills and sales acumen
  • Excellent presentation and training skills
  • Inside Sales experience is required, with proven track record of sales success
  • Proven track record for diligence in a remote position
  • Strong ability to diligently research dealers and create strong pipeline of valid prospects before calling dealerships
  • Bachelors’ degree preferred
  • Automotive or Field marketing experience preferred
  • Team player, Projects self-confident, professional image
  • Self-Accountability to Achieve and Exceed Sales Quotas
  • Excellent written and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude with determination to succeed
  • Willingness to learn new internal processes, how to pitch dealers and enroll them in the program via the phone
  • Ability to hold a quota and attain minimum requirements

Pay:

  • $48,000 to $52,000 USD a year
