Automotive and Grooming Technician

We are currently looking for 2 Automotive and Grooming Technician, who are willing to work in a challenging environment and ready to learn. The experience in the related field is appreciated but not necessary.

We require the following: -

• Multilinguistic and multitasking people will be given preference.
• Must be ready to learn and adjust in a dynamic environment.

Our ideal candidate must be able to work in a friendly and professional team.
Applicants with Related Auto electrical qualification or experience will be given preference but its not mandatory.
A pre-employment medical and drug test will be a part of the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Must be able to wash, dry, polish and wax the vehicle exteriors.
• Vacuuming vehicle interiors, and drycleaning carpets and upholstery
• Must be able to apply cleaning agents to remove stains from vehicle interiors with perfection.
• Must be able to washing tyres and wheel arches, and be able to blacken the tyres
• Washing and polishing vehicle windows
• Emptying and cleaning compartments in vehicles.
• Must be able to make minor repairs and touch up finishes to remove scratches on the vehicle.
• Replacing defective parts such as fuses, lamps and switches
• Using test equipment to locate electrical and electronic malfunctions
• Connecting power-operated vehicle equipment and accessories to power supply
• Must have Auto electrical knowledge to replace and clean the vehicle headlights and check if any replacements are required.

Competitive wages paid weekly up to $29.66 per hour
30 hours / week, but with Flexibility in relation to working overtime.
Full time position, Monday-Friday between 9am-5:00 pm
Location: Auckland
