JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Automotive Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive engineering, be proficient in hands-on work, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a proactive individual who is passionate about automotive technology, embrace digitalisation and enjoys managing workshop operations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive engineering and workshop management.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in automotive diagnostic tools, and a solid understanding of vehicle dynamics and systems. Proficiency in CAD will be an advantage.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a practical approach to problem-solving.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Mandrian, English and other languages or dialects are essential, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and manage customer interactions.
• Leadership: Proven leadership abilities with experience in managing teams and workshop operations.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work in various environmental conditions.
• Work Ethic: Strong commitment to meeting deadlines and producing high-quality work, with the ability to work 6 days a week .
