Your tasks

We are looking for you to support our group sector Tires at the location Hannover Stöcken. In the role as “Automotive Engineer - Porsche (m/f/diverse)” your tasks will focus on the following activities:

• You are the technical interface to our customers
• You coordinate all necessary internal know-how and resources to meet the customer’s expectations
• You prepare the technical part of RFQs (request for quotations) in close coordination with Key Account Management in order to ensure future business development
• You coordinate in-time ETO-building, necessary testing as well as deliveries to customers
• You are responsible for the permanent alignment of obtained test results with customer product requirement specifications
• You introduce approved specifications into production and monitor the serial production
• You are the first contact to customers in terms of quality issues

Your profile

• University degree in mechanical or automotive engineering or similar technical education
• Several years of experience in tire development and/or automotive engineering
• Very good project management skills and experience in leading projects (preferably with an international focus)
• International work experience and/or work experience in an intercultural environment for several years
• Business fluent German and English language skills (written and spoken)
• Willingness to travel (approx. 15-20%)
