• Customer Financing: Assist customers in securing financing for vehicle purchases, including loans, leases, and extended warranties.
• Product Sales: Offer and sell additional products and services to enhance the ownership experience.
• Customer Experience: Provide consistent, excellent service to each customer ensuring they are educated about all aspects of their transaction.
• Sales Team Support: Collaborate with the sales team to structure deals that meet customers’ needs and satisfy lending institutions.
