REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor Degree in Business, Mechanical Engineering, Logistics or its equivalent with 5 years of relevant working experience
- Good leadership, communication skills with high integrity
- Process-driven with good business acumen, commercially savvy
- Possess data analysis and problem solving skills
- Strong written and presentation skills
- Team player, results oriented and self-driven
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Parts & Tyre Wholesale Department
- Responsible for the Profit & Loss of the Department
- Manage the end-to-end parts fulfilment process, including receipt of customer’s purchaser order, generating sales order, delivery order, invoice and payment.
- Provide sales forecast, analysis sales and purchasing trend, preparation of annual budget, planning of inventory
- Ensure high customer satisfaction
- Communicate with Principal for parts planning and support
- Build strong bond and relationship with Principal
- Lead improvement works or projects assigned, including automation of the end-to-end parts fulfilment process, dashboard report developments.
