Description:

Key Yorkton Kia, a member of the Key Auto Group, is seeking applications for an Automotive Product Specialist. The Product Specialist is responsible for knowing our products and providing exceptional customer service. The successful applicant will be responsible for communicating with clients and colleagues, maintaining a Customer Retention Management system and following established sales processes.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Moderate computer skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain client relationships
  • Must maintain a valid Class 5 Driver’s License as a condition of employment
    Working Conditions: Product Specialists work both indoors and outdoor

Responsibilities:

  • Follow the sales processes outlined by the Sales Manager and promoted by Key Auto Group
  • Listen and understand customer needs
  • Understand pricing, models and options of dealer products, competitor products, and pre-owned inventory
  • Maintain a professional appearance
  • Set and attain sales goals
  • Resolve customer concerns by investigating problems, developing solutions and making recommendations to management
  • Adhere to Key Auto Group’s COR-Certified Safety Program
