Description:
Fair Auto Dismantlers Limited is a well-established business headquartered in Christchurch, with a second branch in Wellington. Due to ongoing growth, we seek to fill the position of Automotive Receptionist to join our busy team. Candidates must be able to be based in Wellington.
Starting pay offered from $25-$30 hourly will be fixed according to the skills and experience for 30 hours a week. However, this will be reviewed periodically. Any overtime will be paid as per above payrate.

QUALIFICATIONS:
At least half a year of admin or customer service-related experience.
Experience in automotive sales or reception is a plus.
Acceptable computer and word processing skills.
Acceptable literacy and numeracy skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:
Manage and Operate Sales:
Handling sales phone and counter invoicing, including credits.
Engaging with customers to drive sales through suggestive selling and sharing product knowledge.
Greeting and assisting customers in a welcoming manner.
Responding to customer inquiries and providing information.
Inventory and Parts Management:
Selecting parts for dismantling and ensuring accurate checking once the vehicle is dismantled.
Arranging for the removal of scrap from the premises.
Dispatching goods and managing inventory.
Customer Service:
Helping customers select products that meet their needs.
Directing customers by escorting them to racks and counters.
Collaborating with team members to reach sales targets.
Showroom and Promotional Activities:
Assisting with the setup of the showroom and promotional displays.
Ensuring the showroom is well-organized and visually appealing.
