Description:

Parkside Kia, a leading automotive dealership in Knoxville, Tennessee, is seeking a Full Time Automotive Sales Associate to join our dynamic sales team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while promoting and selling our wide selection of new and used vehicles. This is an individual contributor role with a base salary plus commission structure.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous sales experience in the automotive industry preferred
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities
  • Knowledge of current automotive technology and trends
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on the features and benefits of our vehicles
  • Identify and understand customer needs to assist in vehicle selection and offer solutions
  • Conduct test drives and negotiate sales prices
  • Maintain knowledge of current sales promotions, incentives, and financing options
  • Complete sales paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
  • Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage future business
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and goals
