We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Cobourg Nissan. As a sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team to achieve sales targets, provide excellent customer service, and uphold the dealership’s reputation for integrity and professionalism.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the automotive industry or a similar retail environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales analytics tools.
• Valid driver’s license and OMVIC licence
• You are proficient in PBS

• Sales Team Leadership:
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to ensure continuous improvement.
• Set clear sales goals, strategies, and action plans to drive revenue growth.
• Customer Service Excellence:
• Ensure all customers receive exceptional service throughout the sales process.
• Resolve any customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business and referrals.
