  This is a great opportunity to join an industry leader, in a fast paced and rewarding position within a growing dealership. We are seeking a Service Advisor to join a well known dealership in Castle Hill. Ideally, you will have proven customer service experience with a genuine interest in the automotive industry. You will have the ability to multitask and be comfortable working in a fast paced environment as well as dealing with customers from all walks of life.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Passion for the Automotive Industry
• Excellent customer service and multi-tasking skills
• Strong communication skills
• Complaints resolution handling
• Experience in sales (desirable)
• Solid computer and system experience (Reynolds & Reynolds experience highly regarded)

• Customer Service
• Providing general mechanical advice/quotations
• Face to face and phone query management
• Help to ensure the dealership and business achieves key targets
• Stock control, invoicing, ordering and general maintenance of the dealership
• Support to other team members as and when required
• Ensuring a safe and inclusive work environment
