QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Completion of Automotive Technician Program or equivalent
  • A valid driver’s license.
  • Enthusiasm for the automotive industry and a desire to learn.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

KEY HIGHLIGHTS OF THIS ROLE:

  • Structured work schedule, supportive, and safe work environment.
  • Comprehensive training and mentorship from experienced technicians.
  • Eager to dive into apprenticeship training and work your way up from levels 1 to 2, with the ultimate goal of reaching level 3.
  • Assist experienced technicians with diagnosing and repairing vehicle issues.
  • Upholding a safety-first mindset, consistently adhering to PPE and safety protocols.

DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform tire removal/installation/repair service safely for all passenger and light truck vehicles.
  • This includes removing wheel assemblies, dismounting tires, balancing, inflating and installing repaired or replacement tires, and reinstalling wheel assemblies according to procedure.
  • Assist and perform mechanical inspections and services including complete understanding and use of work order inspection procedures and tools
  • Basic understanding and use of alignment machines, flush machines, oil lube and filter service.
  • Execute front-end brake services, shocks, and wheel alignments.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, consistently surpassing each client’s expectations.
