JOB DESCRIPTION:

As the Automotive Showroom Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our showroom by overseeing day-to-day operations, and maintaining a welcoming and organised environment for our customers. You will be responsible for supporting sales targets, improving customer satisfaction, and upholding our brand image.

REQUIREMENTS;

  • Proven experience in automotive sales or showroom management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of automotive industry trends and products.
  • Proficiency in sales software and CRM systems.
  • Attention to detail and organizational abilities.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends

  • Sales Team Leadership:

  • Collaborate with the management team to ensure proper vehicle display and pricing.
  • Oversee vehicle merchandising and presentation in the showroom.
  • Compliance and Administration:
  • Ensure compliance with all automotive industry regulations and dealership policies.Manage administrative tasks related to sales, including contracts, financing, and warranties.
