MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• A Self-taught professional with a minimum of 3 to 5 years solid AV/VC deployment experience in large organisations with demonstrable AV/VC knowledge and skills.
• Ability to read and understand architectural CAD drawings.
• Able to handle large, complex projects independently
• Ability to analyze, plan, schedule and implement project installations
• Basic understanding of Data Networks and Topology
• Excellent Verbal & Written Communication Skills.
• Willing and able to travel at short notice to support project delivery..
• Communicate effectively in writing as appropriate for the needs of the audience.
• Strong attention to detail & processes Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
• Proficient with project management tools.
• Proven track record of delivering the projects successfully.
• Proven high quality time management and project management skills.
• Demonstrable leadership and organizational skills.
• Experience assessing ambiguous problem spaces in the project and helping team identify concrete next steps to address the problems.
• Ability to understand and discuss technical topics, requirements, and limitations related to AV hardware and deployment.
• Able to provide 1st level troubleshooting on AV/VC system and provide analysis report
• Diploma in AV engineering or Degree in Engineering
• Technical certifications such as PMP and CTS strong plus.
