What will you be doing?

• Delta i prosjekter på et overordnet nivå
• Utvikling av organisasjonen
• Rekruttering og team utvikling
• Ressursstyring
• Utvikling av mekanisk avdeling

We think you should have:

• Relevant fagbrev, men lengre erfaring kan kompensere for manglende teknisk/mekanisk utdanning
• Teknisk fagskole eller tilsvarende
• Erfaring med ressursstyring
• Gode muntlig og skriftlige norsk- og engelsk kunnskaper
• Fokus på forståelse av god HMS adferd
• Evne til å ta initiativ og være fleksibel
• Løsningsorientert, ha pågangsmot og være strukturert
• Gode IT kunnskaper
