Description:
THE JOB
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to join our Research and Development team. In your role, you will focus on bird nutrition, playing a pivotal part in advancing our understanding of avian dietary needs to contribute to our further development of species-specific nutrition.
The ideal candidate will have a background in animal nutrition. As a nutritionist, you will play a pivotal role in project development by formulating and testing of new products and contributing to the advancement of our avian nutrition solutions.
You will be co-working on projects with other members of the R&D team
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimal a master degree in Animal Nutrition, Animal Science, Biology, Veterinary medicine or a related field.
- Proven experience in new product development and project management.
- Proven experience in (avian) nutrition research is a big advantage.
- Ability to translate scientific knowledge into practical, marketable products.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and optimize species-specific products (NPD in bird nutrition).
- Product development and project handling (from raw material & end product)
- Follow-up feeding trials to assess the performance and efficacy of new nutrition formulations.
- Analyze and interpret data, preparing detailed reports on research findings.
