The Logistic Operation Manager will play a crucial role in coordinating and overseeing the movement of freight across various transportation methods, including air, ocean, and ground. You will act as the key point of contact between exporters, importers, customs brokers, and shipping carriers, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Extensive experience in aviation and gateway operations.
• Minimum of 2 years successfully managing and leading teams of leaders.
• Demonstrated strong strategic thinking skills in operational management.
• Proven ability to foster collaboration and create a harmonious team environment.
• Strong project management experience, demonstrating the ability to successfully plan and execute projects.

• Manage daily operations to ensure client satisfaction and profitability.
• Develop and implement business plans for growth in target markets.
• Foster relationships with carriers, negotiate rates, and maintain partnerships.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and quality standards.
• Provide technical assistance and communicate changes in policies and goals.
• Supervise and develop a team, including hiring, coaching, and training.
