  The Aviation, Land, and Maritime Transport (ALMT) is conducting a program of continuous improvement to enhance the Bureau’s aviation-related systems to deliver a more flexible, responsive and cost effective service meeting the growing needs of the aviation industry.
  This role plays a key part of continuous improvement by delivering applications and infrastructure into service, including all elements necessary to support the system in service. The role will require an understanding of the various aviation tools and applications, including how to support them.
  The role also assists with managing all aspects of delivering new capability which includes the identification of need, documenting the design, development, testing and implementation of aviation upgrades to meet objectives of the program within the Bureau.
  .
  The work will be conducted as part of the technology management team within the Aviation Solutions Development team.
  This role is expected to operate under broad direction and deliver high quality results.
