Avionics Hardware Design Engineer (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Collaborate with the system engineering team for hardware requirements
• Conduct technical meetings and collaborate with various departments
• Design and develop the hardware architecture
• Design and develop mixed signal electronic systems, including component selection, schematic capture, and PCB layout design
• Design and layout of power electronics systems such as of SMPS and load switches design of accurate analog circuits
• Be responsible of the production of the electronics hardware

Your Qualifications

• A degree in electronics engineering or an equivalent qualification;
• Relevant experience in aerospace or space sectors and motivation to participate in the NEW Space
• Expertise in PCB schematic capture and board layout, ideally using Altium
• Experience with different MCU and FPGA platforms
• Experience with communication buses such as CAN, Ethernet, SPI and RS422 are highly advantages
• Knowledge on electromechanical actuators and BLDC motor driver circuits is a plus
• Knowledge on environmental tests and related standards is a big plus
• Ability to work effectively and independently
• The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Fluent oral and written English skills (all day-to-day activities are performed in English)
