Responsibilities:
- Advising the HR Business Partners and business leaders on compensation and benefit related practices, programs and policies to address rewards and recognition related issues.
- Manage, implement and review the rewards strategies and process while maintaining compliance with local legislation and regulations;
- Manage annual compensation and promotion review process within specific business areas
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless execution through streamlining workflow processes.Conduct effective communication sessions and create good quality communication materials on various Reward programs.
