Responsibilities:

1) Provide advisory and support in Finance and Expense matters - Finance SME contact for GLC with key stakeholders such as Group Finance, finance departments/rep in other divisions and GLC entities, Group HR on Finance-related matters.

2) Annual Operational Planning Process

  • Work with stakeholders across the entities to achieve the target set by the Division Head
  • Identify and execute improvements on an ongoing basis.

3) Ongoing basis – Other Day to Day Task

  • Prepare information and analysis on the monthly financial performance and relevant MIS reporting.
  • Review and check against plan on headcount and expenses and identify discrepancies.
  • GL System Management - GL entries and appropriate expense lines
  • Direct charges pertaining to Tax Methodology on services provided by the Division to overseas branches and subsidiaries.
  • Track monthly expenses, IT charges, tracking and posting of accruals.

4) Performance of Division/Department initiatives/task that may be assigned from time to time
