As part of the newly established Professional Services team, we are seeking an experienced professional to join us in the UK/EU region. This role can be either a hybrid work model or fully remote.
Primarily role and responsibilities would include; but not limited to:
1. Agile Product Owner for external Professional Services within the Console Connect organization –
(a) engagement with Strategic Customer Account and their technical teams to understand business requirements related to various digital transformation projects and funnel these requirements to Console Connect agile development teams.
(b) Track ongoing agile team development of these ideas and update management of the progress on a regular basis.
2. Design Thinking Process – Frontend with Strategic Customer Account team to capture new customer requirements; translate these to sellable professional service packages, formulate Epics & Features for management review & onwards for internal / outsourced agile scrum team for development
3. Identify & facilitate Customer to Sales & Presales business process automation projects– including LSO (Lifecycle Service Orchestration) and Inter-carrier automation.
4. Sell-side API development and on-boarding for Console Connect’s strategic SaaS &Telco customer, track usage, generate statistics for reporting & improvement. Use of Postman and Swagger tools for API test and development.
5. Buy-side API development and on-boarding for Console Connect’s vendors, track usage, generate statistics for reporting & improvement. Use of Postman and Swagger tools for API test and development.
6. Solution Design Automation – Configure, Price, Quote, Inventory Check, Port reservation and feasibility etc.
7. Attend Program Increment (PI) planning meeting and subsequent iteration update meetings to track progress of Epics in the backlog.
8. Update the management team on progress on development projects, provide monthly status report and track projects till logical conclusion
9. Data analytics and reporting – using Google Data Studio, Metabase BI Tool, Excel, Confluence (wiki), Jira, Trello, and other reporting tools
10. Participate in the industry standard setting bodies – such as MEF, TM Forum, Cban, GLF to contribute on standardization of Buy/Sell API, LSO Projects and MEF 3.0 certifications.
11. Participate in the industry standard setting for contribution to Blockchain based inter-carrier settlements for Data on Demand
