DEFINE OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Determine necessary AWS accreditations, certifications, marketing efforts, and pre-sales capacity.
- Ensure regional teams have the technical pre-sales capacity and AWS certifications needed to achieve targets.
DESIRABLE SKILLS:
- Experience in developing and executing AWS-specific marketing plans.
- Familiarity with AWS sales methodologies and best practices.
- Understanding of the AWS software industry landscape, including market trends and emerging technologies.
- Aptitude for leveraging AWS technology solutions to solve business challenges.
SOFT SKILLS:
- Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with prospects and clients.
- Continuous learning orientation to stay updated on AWS developments and best practices.
- Effective collaboration with internal teams for seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
