AWS DevOps Engineer

ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking an experienced and innovative DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic and growing team. In this role, you will work collaboratively with software engineering to deploy and operate our systems, help automate and streamline our operations and processes, and develop and maintain the cloud infrastructure as well as the CI/CD processes for Ericsson’s Intelligent Deployment integrated solution.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or equivalent software-engineering role
• Strong experience with Linux-based infrastructures, Linux/Unix administration
• Experience with the followings:
• Microservice architecture
• Kubernetes, docker, helm
• Basic networking knowledge
• GitLab
• Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines
• Flux and Ansible
• Sonarqube or any other static code analyzer, integrated into the CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with any open-source technologies and cloud services, especially AWS:
• AWS API Gateway

• Collaborate with software engineers to understand needs for delivery infrastructure and create efficient deployment processes
• Maintain and enhance automation scripts for system deployment and configuration management
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipeline for our applications
• Manage delivery services like CI/CD tools, pipeline runners, code analyzer services, etc
• Monitor pipeline performance and troubleshoot issues
• Document and design various processes; update existing processes
• Follow all best practices and procedures as established by the company
