Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with engineering and development teams to evaluate and identify optimal cloud solutions.
  • Modifying and improving existing systems.
  • Patching of Systems hosted in Multi Cloud Environments, Install, upgrade, and maintain computer components and software, and integrate automation processes.
  • Linux / Windows Administration & Networking Basics.
  • ITIL & Change management process.
  • Cloud Native Tools knowledge.
  • Develop, and deploy modular cloud-based systems
  • Develop and maintain cloud solutions in accordance with best practices.
  • Ensure efficient functioning of data storage and process functions in accordance with company security policies and best practices in cloud security
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve infrastructure vulnerabilities and application deployment issues.
  • Regularly review existing systems and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Interact with clients, provide cloud support, and make recommendations / automation based on client needs.

Essential:

  • Proven work experience as a Cloud Engineer or similar role with 4-5 years of experience.
  • Positive attitude and a strong commitment to delivering quality work.
  • Excellent knowledge of cloud computing technologies and current computing trends.
  • Effective communication skills (written and verbal) to properly articulate complicated cloud reports to management and other IT development partners.
  • Relevant training and/or certifications as a Cloud Engineer.
  • AWS Solution Architect – Associate
  • AWS Certified Developer – Associate
  • AWS SysOps Administrator - Associate
  • Microsoft Azure Fundamentals / Microsoft Azure Administrator)
  • Microsoft Azure Fundamentals

Additional Skills:

  • Excellent Customer Interfacing and Vendor Management Skills.
  • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-Solving skills.
