ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION:

• High school graduate
• 1 Year as AWS Technician Trainee

• Installs and tests Auto Welding Systems
• Checks electronic, hydraulic, mechanical and electrical circuitry to ensure proper function
• Monitors machine performance during welding operations
• Maintains and oversees services and repairs of malfunctions or breakdowns within the system
• Carry out installations, modifications and design changes
• Ensure overhead hoists are used correctly (undergo additional training where required)
• Responsible for refusing unsafe work and for carrying out all work in accordance with the established HSES Safety standards and Work practices
• Following all company policies and procedures, and ensuring subordinates do the same
