We are seeking a talented and experienced Azure DevOps Engineer to join their dynamic team. As an integral part of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust DevOps pipelines and infrastructure on the Azure cloud platform. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in enhancing the efficiency, scalability, and security of our clients’ systems and applications.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role, with a focus on Azure cloud technologies.
- Strong understanding of DevOps principles, practices, and methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with Azure services such as Azure DevOps, Azure Virtual Machines, Azure App Services, Azure SQL Database, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Monitor, and Azure Security Center.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python for automation and infrastructure as code (IaC) tasks.
- Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using Azure DevOps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate and streamline the deployment, monitoring, and management of cloud-based applications and services.
- Configure and optimize Azure infrastructure components such as Virtual Machines, App Services, Azure SQL Databases, and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) for optimal performance and scalability.
- Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure the reliability and availability of cloud environments.
- Develop and enforce best practices for security, compliance, and governance in Azure cloud environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Azure infrastructure, deployments, and application performance.
- Stay updated with the latest Azure services, features, and industry trends to continuously improve our DevOps practices and offerings.
