JOB SUMMARY

Engineer – Managed Azure plays a crucial role in supporting Azure cloud environments for clients. This role involves deploying, managing, and optimizing Azure resources while ensuring their security, performance, and compliance. The engineer collaborates with clients, cross-functional teams, and senior engineers to provide exceptional support for our managed services client portfolio

• Assist in the deployment and configuration of Azure resources, including virtual machines, databases, and Azure App Services following best practices and client requirements.
• Utilize Azure Migrate to assist with migration projects.
• Monitor the performance, security, and availability of Azure services and promptly address any issues or outages.
• Perform server updates and apply security patches.
• Identify future engagement opportunities during existing client engagements and convey those needs to account executives and practice leadership.
• Participate in an on-call rotation
• After hours / weekend work may be a required
• All other duties as assigned
