WHAT QUALIFICATIONS ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Mandatory requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience designing, implementing, and managing kubernetes solutions on the Azure platform
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong knowledge of automation tools such as Terragrunt or Terraform is preferred
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes is required
• Experience with Gitops tools like Flux or ArgoCD is preferred
• Experience in at least one programming languages: Python, or Golang is preferred
• Experience with implementing Kubernetes Operator (Kube builder or Kopf) would be very appreciated

In this project, your main responsibilities will be:

• Design, implement, and maintain Kubernetes Clusters using Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS) and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles
• Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools to streamline Kubernetes deployment and management
• Implement and maintain monitoring, alerting, and incident response systems for Kubernetes infrastructure to ensure swift issue resolution
• Collaborate with other cloud teams to design, implement, and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans for databases
• Develop and maintain security policies and procedures to safeguard the Kubernetes clusters
• Stay up-to-date with Azure and Cloud Native Computing Foundations new features and capabilities and recommend changes or upgrades as necessary
• Provide guidance and training to other cloud staff on Kubernetes management best practices and procedures
• Develop and maintain documentation related to the Kubernetes environment on Azure
