Description:
Pacific Coastal Airlines Pilots are the ambassadors of our company who are responsible to provide outstanding service to our customers to ensure a safe and pleasant experience. Our pilots must embody the Pacific Coastal motto of “People Friendly, People First” and role model behaviors that respect corporate values, professionalism, diversity and service excellence to our internal and external customers in the air and on the ground.
Behind the controls, our Pilots maintain safety and are trained in the emergency related procedures for the aircraft, ensuring all safety above all else. On the ground, they are part of a team who works in conjunction with crew members and ground agents to escort and board passengers, assist with bags and help out wherever and whenever possible, to ensure on time performance and customer service are at a premium. They are our safety and service professionals entrusted with safety, security and service excellence.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- CPL with IATRA or ATPL
- Multi-Engine IFR Rating
- Bond may apply as per Pilot Employment Practices Manual
- Travel away from home including overnights
- Must be flexible to work any shift that is assigned
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Restricted Area Identity Card
- Hold and maintain a valid passport
Safety and Security
- Ensure the safety, security and comfort of all passengers
- Follows and enforces standard operating procedures to ensure compliance with Pacific Coastal Airlines and regulatory requirements
Customer Service
- Deliver service standards in accordance with Pacific Coastal Airlines philosophy
- Greet and engage passengers on board the aircraft
- Carry oneself in a professional manner
