In this exciting 12-month contract role, you’ll be a B2B Customer Service account manager, ensuring our valued business clients have an exceptional experience at every touchpoint.

Here’s what you’ll do:

  • Become a client champion: Collaborate with clients to build strong, trusting relationships that foster long-term partnerships.
  • Master problem-solving: Provide exceptional customer service through inbound calls, live chats, and emails, proactively resolving inquiries and going the extra mile to impress.
  • Grow client value: Leverage your understanding of B2B needs to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities that enhance client success.
  • Team player extraordinaire: Work seamlessly with internal teams to deliver exceptional client experiences and resolve complex issues effectively.
  • Data-driven decisions: Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to boost client satisfaction.
