We are seeking a B2B Lead Generation Representative, who will play a pivotal role in expanding our business by identifying new opportunities and driving revenue growth. Your primary responsibility will be to prospect for potential clients, qualify leads, and initiate the sales process. This role requires a proactive and results-driven approach to identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities. A Strong command in the English Language is essential.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify and research potential leads within assigned verticals, focusing on call center outsourcing decision-makers.
  • Utilize various channels such as LinkedIn, company databases, and industry events to generate leads.
  • Initiate outbound calls to engage decision-makers, introduce our services, and qualify leads based on predetermined criteria.
  • Tailor messaging to resonate with each prospect and create interest in setting appointments.
  • Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria to ensure alignment with our target market and ideal customer profile.
  • Manage and track leads and opportunities ensuring accurate and up-to-date information to facilitate smooth handoffs and follow-up.
  • Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) including lead generation targets, conversion rates, and revenue goals.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze results to identify areas for improvement.
  • Achieve set appointment KPIs by scheduling meetings or product demonstrations with qualified leads.
  • Address objections, and effectively communicate the value proposition of our services.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and high energy level, even in the face of rejection. Continuously strive to improve and adapt to feedback and market dynamics.
