Description:

Develop and execute marketing strategies, including the B2B go to market approach that supports awareness, demand generation and sales of existing and future products, services and solutions across ANZ.Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs through research, industry and customer feedback.
  • Build an effective strategic marketing program, including the B2B go-to-market approach.
  • Develop lead generation programs, including managing, optimising, and executing marketing campaigns using various physical and digital assets to drive qualified leads to the sales team.
  • Define, monitor and analyse B2B Solutions Marketing Performance Tracking for all programs, solutions and initiatives.
  • Communicate and actively support sales through joint plans to drive maximum impact.

About You

  • Strategic mindset with an ability to identify opportunities and develop clear plans to achieve marketing objectives.
  • Extensive experience in marketing, with a focus on developing and implementing brand marketing strategies to support sales and the customer journey.
  • Sound planning, organisational, analytical and decision making skills.
  • Deep understanding of marketing principles, including market research, segmentation, positioning, and messaging, is essential.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, lead generation, and marketing automation tools.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and ability to lead, manage and develop marketing in a matrixed organisation.
  • Experience in the mobility industry, particularly in a start-up or fast-paced environment, is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, business or a related field
