THE OPPORTUNITY:

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you here at NZME to join our B2B Marketing team as an Events & Activation Specialist. By collaboratively working with internal vertical leaders, content, editorial and marketing teams, this role will assist & facilitate events and activations for NZME customers showcasing the NZME portfolio of brands to increase share of voice in market.
PLANNING AND ORGANISATIONAL SKILLS:
- Sourcing of quotes for products, merchandise, suppliers and gifts.
- Review and update content as required to ensure collateral is up to date.
- Internal briefings.
- Creation of proposals.
- Work quickly and efficiently, managing time and prioritising to meet all deadlines.
- Management of distribution and RSVP lists.
