The Opportunity
As the B2B Online Partnerships Manager for the Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Team, you will be responsible for developing a cohesive sales strategy, structure and framework to support Samsung DTC’s business growth objectives through meaningful engagement with large organizations and building long term, mutually beneficial partnerships.
This role is a mixture of business development and account management, as you will identify and build relationships with prospect partners, showcasing our value proposition of online affiliate programs; as well as maintain ongoing relationships with current partners.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Define Samsung DTC’s partnerships sales strategy in identifying, prospecting, and on-boarding new partnerships aimed at expanding the company’s partner network and achieve business growth targets
  • Drive partner negotiations, commercial terms, timelines, and execution process from inception to delivery
  • Build strong relationships with existing partners to drive incremental sales
  • Oversee day-to-day management of on-boarded partners, including documentations, enhancements, traffic and lead quality, campaigns, performance analysis, billing and relationship building
  • Create compelling and creative presentations uniquely designed to excite and close the deal
  • Provide data-driven feedback, identify areas of improvement, and recommend ways to increase account-generated revenues
  • Managing all non-disclosure agreements with key stakeholders
  • Stay on top of digital trends, competitors, and industry best practices

Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of B2B/B2B2C experience in a client-facing role with proven track record in growing strategic accounts and driving new business developments in a sales-led organisation
  • Online/e-commerce knowledge and experience is highly desirable
  • Experience within loyalty, rewards and affiliate programs is preferred
  • Possess strong commercial drive and the ability to develop and nurture sophisticated, long-term, multi-faceted relationships
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to interact with senior executives internally and externally
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and meet deadlines
  • Team player, willingness to collaborate and support colleagues
  • Adaptability, tolerance for ambiguity and enthusiasm for fast paced, rapidly evolving environment
