MOL Romania is on the hunt for our new colleagues who will hold the position of B2B Regional Sales Leader North, in our Commercial & Logistics team.

Responsibilities:

AS A B2B REGIONAL SALES LEADER, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

Organizes and supervizes the regional direct B2B sales activity (Cards, wholesale end users) of the Area Sales Managers team (ASM) and the Key Account Managers (KAM) team, in order to increase the ales volumes and develop the customer portfolio on regional level; active involvement in the development of the national sales and loyalty strategy for the entire customer database.
Coordinates the regional ASM and KAM team in order to ensure efficient, productive and profitable work environment / relation among the Card Product Manager, the Customer Care & Card Product Management team and the Retail team so as to guarantee the utilisation/profit of the shared resources, sales channels, customers and value propositions.
Builds and develops high volume commercial relations with significant contribution from major key accounts in the geographical area of responsibility.
