The Role:
As our Partnership Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with a diverse network of partners, including coaches, associations, HR consultants, and more. You’ll focus on harnessing these relationships to drive revenue, enhance partner engagement, and boost brand visibility across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Strategic Partnerships: Identify and onboard new partners such as payroll companies, PEOs, HR consultants, and SaaS companies in our space.
- Drive Partner Engagement: Implement comprehensive training programs, organize co-marketing activities, and maintain active communication channels.
- Revenue Generation: Leverage partnerships to contribute significantly to the companys revenue through innovative affiliate and referral strategies.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor partnership activities, assess their effectiveness, and optimize strategies to maximize ROI.
