Description:

- Demonstrated success in selling B2B solutions, particularly those related to automation and business process optimization.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
- Identify and target potential clients within commercial organizations and industries, focusing on those with a need for business process automation and optimization.
- Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives, to understand their business challenges and present tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate and close complex sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior management.
- Stay current with product knowledge and industry developments to effectively address customer needs and objections.
