Description:

PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Demonstrated success in selling B2B solutions, particularly those related to automation and business process optimization.
  • Strong understanding of commercial organizations and industrial operations, with the ability to identify and address their unique challenges.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
  • Identify and target potential clients within commercial organizations and industries, focusing on those with a need for business process automation and optimization.
  • Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives, to understand their business challenges and present tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and close complex sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior management.
  • Stay current with product knowledge and industry developments to effectively address customer needs and objections.
