Marketing Platforms/Projects and has previously worked on Brand refresh. Non-banking will also help
Responsibilities:

Business Requirement Analysis: Gather and analyze business requirements for enhancements and new features

• User Story / BRD Preparation: Create detailed user stories/BRD’s and use cases that outline system functionalities and

• Change Management: Assess the impact of changes on existing processes and help manage the
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of business requirements and use
• User Training: Assist in the development and delivery of user training materials to ensure successful adoption of new portal
• User Experience (UX) Improvement: Collaborate with UX designers to enhance the overall user experience of the online banking
• Product Knowledge: Possess a deep understanding of the banking products and stay updated on industry
• Reporting: Create reports and provide insights to management on project progress, key performance indicators, and areas for
