- Support other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Manager
Responsibilities:
- Call to fix appointments with external stakeholders
- Manage schedule of various stakeholders
- Follow up on cancellation and rescheduling of appointments
- Follow up with the appointment outcome and indicate in system
- Conduct short briefings to each client upon arrival
