REQUIREMENTS
- Craft and refine engaging marketing materials, tailoring content specifically for each campaign. This copywriting task forms about 25% of the role, requiring creativity and strategic alignment with campaign objectives.
- Assess and endorse marketing and promotional strategies, develop Backoffice protocols for promotions, and ensure adherence to terms and conditions.
- Forge and maintain engagement with stakeholders, particularly the Marketing and Sales teams, to address and escalate any unresolved promotion-related queries.
- Assimilate and resolve inquiries from Account Managers and introducing brokers, with a keen emphasis on understanding and promoting our products and services.
- Work collaboratively with front and middle office teams, including Marketing, Compliance, and Risk, to effectively manage promotion-related challenges.
- Analyze data related to marketing campaigns and promotional efficacy to inform strategic decisions.
- Coordinate with the promotional gift logistics team on the procurement status and tracking of promotional items.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Exceptional bilingual communication abilities in English and Chinese.
- An acute attention to detail and a dedication to precision.
- Resilience under pressure within a high-velocity environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly with advanced Excel capabilities.
- Prior experience in a similar capacity will be favorably considered.
