In this exciting new role, the Back Shop Supervisor will have the opportunity to work with key industry partners to bring the resort and its amenities to guests for the first time! The Golf Service Back Shop Supervisor is responsible for setting a stellar example of the execution of key Back Shop duties, including care of the power cart fleet, storage of the Passholders and rental golf club, and regular maintenance of the golf practice areas. They are also accountable for training, scheduling, and approving payroll for the Back Shop team.

A few things we are looking for in a new team member:

• Constant communication with the team and management.
• Train new hires to the Back Shop team.
• Approve bi-weekly payroll.
• Assist with guest’s needs while at the facility.
• 1 year of experience as a supervisor/leader.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience.
• Previous Golf Industry experience is an asset.
