Backend Developer (C++, Trading System)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a computer-related field, with at least 5 years of experience in back-end development.
• Solid foundation in C++ with proficiency in basic frameworks such as multi-threading and collections. Priority given to candidates with experience in studying the source code of excellent open-source software.
• Proficiency in NoSQL caches, message queues, and search engines, such as Redis, Kafka, and Elasticsearch.
• Strong skills in system analysis and design, code refactoring, and experience in large-scale project foundation and application architecture design.
• Familiarity with the design and application of large-traffic, high-concurrency, and high-performance distributed systems, with a preference for candidates skilled in performance tuning.
• Proficiency in one or more development languages among C++/Go.
• Experience in full-stack technical development, trading system construction, or memory-based system construction is highly desirable.Experience in the blockchain industry, particularly in cryptocurrency exchange, is an advantage.

• Design and develop the back-end system of the core trading platform.
• Maintain, upgrade, and optimize the system, addressing challenges related to high concurrency, stability, and low latency.
• Demonstrate strong business acumen, participate in business design, propose feasible and constructive solutions, and independently write relevant technical documentation.
• Engage in research and practical application of cutting-edge technologies, contributing to the planning and promotion of the platform’s future technology architecture.
