• Developing high quality SW in Java, C++, Go, Python, and we are using technologies like Redis, Cassandra, Kafka, Docker, K8s, and many others.

You have:

• Minimum of 4+ years software engineering work experience on large scale software development and deployment experience.
• BA/BS in Computer Science from an accredited university
• Strong programming skills in Java and/or C++
• Experience with distributed systems (Redis is preferred, but Cassandra or similar is a strong plus as well)
• Experience in a Linux environment
• Experience with cloud deployment technology (Docker, K8s, Ansible, Terraform, etc.) is also a plus.
• Agile development skills.
• Ability and interest to learn other coding languages as needed (like Python/Go).

Our hybrid work model
BlackRock’s hybrid work model is designed to enable a culture of collaboration and apprenticeship that enriches the experience of our employees, while supporting flexibility for all. Employees are currently required to work at least 4 days in the office per week, with the flexibility to work from home 1 day a week. Some business groups may require more time in the office due to their roles and responsibilities.
