What You’ll be Doing:

As an AEM Developer, you’ll play a pivotal role in enhancing the back-end features of the organisation’s leading websites. Collaborating closely with Product Owners, you’ll leverage cutting-edge technologies to elevate the digital experiences for our guests. Key responsibilities include:

• Timely delivery of AEM development projects
• Crafting robust, scalable, and high-quality code
• Translating designs into seamless user experiences
• Championing agile delivery practices
• Proactively suggesting and implementing improvements
• Collaborating on solutions design and implementation
• Upholding performance and security standards
• Fostering strong stakeholder engagement
• Investing in personal development

You’ll be Great in This Role if You Have:

• 3+ years’ experience with AEM implementations, OSGI, Apache Sling, Dispatcher configuration
• Proficiency in Java 11, JUnit, Mockito, and TDD
• Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML5 and CSS3
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Desirable skills such as DevOps experience, responsive design, and agile methodologies
