Job Title: Backend Software Developer
Position Overview: A highly skilled Backend Lead to drive Tunity backend development including the key technical areas of DevOps, database administration, and API design.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop robust and scalable backend solutions using the latest technologies and best practices to protect Tunity well-known high-fidelity data synchronization between IoT technologies and Tunity’s software product(s).
2. Serve as the technical expert in backend development which includes API development and architecture, database design and DevOps practices.
3. Maintain a hands-on role in programming , ensuring efficient progress and quality back-end code development and resolving complex issues and exemplifying backend coding best practices.
4. Leverage and implement automation tools to streamline development, deployment, and database management processes.
5. Tackle complex technical challenges, driving innovation while maintaining a focus on practical solutions while proactively identify and mitigate risks across technical domains.
6. Commitment in building expertise in designing and implementing RESTful APIs and understanding API management. Extend backend proficiency into database management and performance optimization.
7. Implementing data validation, transformation, and normalization processes, ensuring data quality , data security and access control .
8. Stay abreast with DevOps methodologies , including CI/CD, containerization, and cloud services.
These various backend domains develop skills in designing complex systems and strategizing implementation to evolve a solution architect role responsible for the overall design of Tunity solution leading to its H3 micro-services vision

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Information System, Computer Engineering or a related field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience as a developer
• Proficiency in back-end development using Entity Framework, C#, .Net Core, .Net Framework, MS SQL, and RESTful Web API.
• Solid understanding of databases, both SQL and NoSQL.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
• Experience in Inventory Management System, Warehouse Management System and SAP is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
